Mike has worked as an Ambulance Paramedic for NSW Ambulance for 12 years, completing his initial training in Sydney before moving to Broken Hill and surrounding regions for three years.
Mike was posted to Coffs Harbour on the NSW Mid North Coast in 2012 where he worked on-road, also delivering clinical training for new staff and volunteers as well as developing and implementing regional training and mentoring programs.
Prior to becoming a Paramedic Mike worked in Corporate Business Development after 10 years as a Trainer and Instructor in the Education sector, specialising in Remote First Aid, Canyoning, Mountaineering and Vertical Rescue as well as delivering Mentoring and Leadership programs for Schools and Businesses.
